These Terms of Use ("TOU") govern your use of “American Growth Stocks”; “International Growth Stocks”; “Israeli Growth Stocks”; and “New England Growth Stocks” (collectively, the “Sites”). Please read these TOU carefully. By using any of the Sites, you agree to comply with these TOU. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in the TOU, you agree not to use the Sites, and Walter Ramsley does not consent to provide you with access to the Sites.
Mr. Ramsley reserves the right at any time to change the terms and conditions of the TOU and change all or any portion of the Sites, including but not limited to eliminating or discontinuing any content or feature of the Sites. Any changes made to the TOU will be effective immediately after posting the modified TOU on the Sites. You should check the TOU frequently.

Walter Ramsley is a co-founder and principal of Walrus Partners, LLC (“Walrus”), a Registered Investment Adviser Firm that manages investment accounts using a strategy similar to the one presented in the Sites. Walrus provides individual investment advice to clients in a managed fund and, accordingly, has a fiduciary obligation to its clients, but not to users of the Sites.
The Sites contain Mr. Ramsley’s own opinions and all content is for educational purposes only.
